Refund policy

Cindessa prides itself on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted once the item is inspected to ensure it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, wigs that have been altered, customized, cut, colored, installed, or worn cannot be returned. We do not offer store credit or exchanges. All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected to meet our policy’s expectations. To start a return, customers must contact us first with their order number and reason for return before sending any items back.
